How much does a paver patio cost in Mint Hill?
Most patios we build land between $8,500 and $24,000 depending on square footage, access, grading and material selection. We give you a written, itemized price before any work starts — no hourly surprises and no change orders unless you approve them in writing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Adams Hardscapes carries full general liability coverage and workers' compensation. We're happy to send certificates directly to you or your HOA before we break ground.
How long will my project take?
Typical patios and walkways take 3–6 working days. Retaining walls and full outdoor living builds run 1–3 weeks. You'll get a written schedule with a start and finish date up front.
Do you handle drainage problems?
Water is the #1 killer of hardscapes, so we solve drainage before we build anything. French drains, catch basins, buried downspouts and regrading are core services — and often the reason a previous contractor's patio failed.
What warranty do you offer?
5-year workmanship warranty on all hardscape installations, plus the manufacturer's lifetime warranty on paver and wall block products. In writing, with your contract.
